Hayley joined Lightstone in 2008 and brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, data analytics, and product innovation. A strong advocate for data-driven decision-making, she believes that the power to solve complex challenges lies in effectively harnessing internal and external data.

She holds an Honours degree in GIS and Development Studies (UJ) and an MBL from UNISA and currently serves as Managing Executive of Real Estate across Lightstone and Prop Data.
