Your ticket includes entry to Day 1 and Day 2 of the convention. Sessions and speakers to come!

Note: Travel, accommodations, and excursions are not included in ticket prices.

1. Start at the registration page found here.
2. Insert your email and select your ticket type in the “Begin Registration” section. Click Continue.
3. Fill out all required information in the “Personal Information” section. Click Continue.
4. Fill out all required information in the "Additional Information" section. Click Continue.
5. Under the “Agenda” section, select any add-on events (optional). Click Continue.
6. Accept the terms and conditions
7. Review the registration summary and input payment information in the "Payment" section. Click “Make Payment”.
8. In the "Confirmation" section you can view your registration and click to modify it, add to calendar, or obtain a receipt or invoice.

NOTE: Registration closes on Feb 16, 2026 at 17:00 UTC+02:00 Pretoria

Once you submit payment for your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. You can modify/add by clicking the "Click here to review or update your registration" link. Click on the Modify Registration link under the map and be prompted to enter your email address and password you created when registering. Once logged in, you will be able to change your basic information and add on sessions. Your registration is not updated until you have reached the confirmation page.

No, eXpcon Cape Town is not taking partial payments. In order to register, the full cost of the ticket is due at checkout.

Once you register for a General or Premier ticket, you’ll receive a special link to invite someone from the industry who may be interested in joining eXp.

Please note: Purchasing a General or Premier ticket does not automatically guarantee an eXplorer Pass. These passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis to eXplorers and are limited to 440 total.

Transfers may be made at any time up to the day immediately preceding the start date of Event. If you need to transfer your ticket, email internationalevents@exprealty.net with the subject line "Ticket Transfer." In the body of the email, please let us know your full name and registration confirmation number and the name and email of the person you are transferring the ticket to. We'll reach out to them with a personalized code to register.

NOTE: We do not facilitate the transfer of money between you and the person you are transferring your ticket to. This must be handled between parties outside of the system. Transferring your ticket DOES NOT transfer your hotel. Any changes to your hotel reservation must be made directly through the hotel. Please work directly with the hotel reservationist. Transferring your ticket DOES NOT transfer your excursions. Any changes to your excursions must be made directly through the vendor. Please work directly with the vendor.

If you need to cancel your ticket, email internationalevents@exprealty.net with the subject line "Cancel Registration." In the body of the email let us know your registration confirmation number.

NOTE: If your registration is cancelled, your ticket is no longer transferable to another person.

A 50% refund for ticket purchases will be issued only if a refund request is sent to internationalevents@exprealty.net no later than December 19, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. UTC+02:00 Pretoria (the “Refund Deadline”). Refund requests received after the Refund Deadline will not be honored. Refunds will not be issued for nonattendance to eXpcon International. Refunds will be processed in 7-10 business days from receipt of relevant banking information. You do have the option to transfer your registration to another person at any time before the event.

Check out the "Accommodations" page to view a variety of hotels available through our partner, African Agenda. Room rates and offerings vary. Bookings do not open until July 1st, 2025.

15% VAT taxes are included in our early bird pricing. Should you wish to reclaim your VAT, please ensure that your full name, address, and VAT number are provided, and you will be provided with a Tax Invoice.

Yes! eXpCon attendees, eXp agents, partners, family and friends are welcome to cheer on the runners from the sidelines.

Yes! You’ll receive a timing chip at registration. While this is a fun run, times will be tracked for those who’d like to log their performance.

Yes — a refreshment station will be available to the runners at the turnaround point (Rocklands Beach), offering:

• Bottled water
• Bananas, pretzels, energy bars, Coca-Cola

Comfortable activewear and running shoes. As it’s an evening run, we recommend wearing bright or reflective gear for visibility.

Definitely! All fitness levels are welcome.

You can donate to the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation via signing up for the Fund Run during your eXpcon Cape Town registration or in person at the event. 100% of proceeds go toward youth development through sport.
