As part of our commitment to impact beyond real estate, eXpcon Cape Town 2026 proudly supports the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. On 17 February 2026, we kick off the convention with a powerful, joyful 5KM fun run/walk — uniting our agents, partners, and the public in support of youth development through sport.

The Laureus Sport for Good Foundation funds and supports over 275 programs globally — with dozens operating in South Africa — that use sport to tackle violence, inequality, and lack of opportunity among vulnerable youth.


Your participation helps fund life-changing projects and brings global attention to the power of sport in creating social change.

Route: 5KM along the Sea Point Promenade

Start/Finish: Sea Point Promenade (next to Queen’s Beach parking area)

Cost: R200

Includes: Branded goodie bags, medals, water & snack stations
